On June 3rd, first-stage SWUFE Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for the alumni and the mobile APP for alumni were successfully launched online, marking that our work of alumnus has entered into a new digital stage.
The CRM system for the alumni provides data like the alumni’s basic and interactive information. The system uses cloud technology to conduct electronic management to data, and is able to meet in time and precisely the demand for alumni information by the school and relative institution. The launch of the system can contribute to the contact of each alumni, the propaganda of the work of alumni and the communication of information, which will then strengthen the relationship between alumnus and their alma mater and reach the goal of scientifically collect, transfer, process, maintain and utilize the information. The system will work as a bridge to connect alumnus and their alma mater.
Mobile APP for alumni can provide services like News, Delivery, Comments, etc., which means alumnus of SWUFE can get relative information and resources of the school through their phones. The APP will make alumnus pay more attention to their alma mater and promote interaction between them. It will also help advertise companies established by our alumnus and provide a platform for more cooperation between alumnus and their alma mater as well as among alumnus.
Leadership of SWUFE attaches great importance to the development of the database and has urged for the acceleration of the construction of SWUFE’s database for many times. By implementing modern technology to conduct electronic management to the data and thus integrating our alumni data, we can improve the efficiency of the work of alumni.
The launch of the two system will provide a good platform for the work of alumni to establish, which contributes to the work of SWUFE and school. The systems will be further improved in accordance to feedbacks form users.
