About the Lecture:
Pei Jun, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, is currently teaching in School of Management, Hefei University of Technology. He is mainly engaged in teaching and research on manufacturing process optimization in the Internet and big data environment. He has presided over the National Natural Science Foundation Outstanding Youth Program, General Program and other scientific research projects. He has published academic papers as the first author in Production and Operations Management, INFORMS Journal on Computing, OMEGA, European Journal of Operational Research and other journals. One of his papers as the first author was awarded by Springer Nature as "High-impact Publications" (2020) published by Chinese scholars in the field of business and management, and three of his papers were selected as ESI papers with High citation. He published an English monograph in Springer Publishing House. He has been granted 14 national invention patents, 2 American invention patents, the first prize of Anhui Science and Technology Progress, the special prize and the first prize of Anhui Teaching Achievement. He is a young expert in Engineering Management subject of “Engineering”, the main journal of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and a special communication expert of “Frontier of Engineering Management”, a journal of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, associate Editor of “Journal of Global Optimization”, “Journal of Combinatorial Optimization”, “Optimization Letter”, “Energy Systems”, “Computational Social Networks”, “SN Operations Research Forum”, visiting editor of “Annals of Operations Research”, an international academic journal. He serves as the Secretary-General of the Intelligent Manufacturing Professional Committee of the Chinese System Engineering Society.
About the Lecture:
In the intelligent interconnection environment, all kinds of information of manufacturing resources can be perceived and transmitted in real time, and resource organization presents multi-granularity, whole-process and cross-space-time characteristics. On the one hand, new changes have taken place in the operation mode of manufacturing enterprises, and the efficient scheduling of manufacturing resources has a broader space for collaborative optimization; On the other hand, the process of enterprise operation and manufacturing resource optimization shows new characteristics, which puts forward new challenges to the theories and methods of collaborative optimization of manufacturing enterprise operation and manufacturing resource. This report focuses on the new features and challenges of the collaborative optimization of manufacturing enterprise operations and manufacturing resources of complex products under the environment of intelligent interconnection, discusses the innovative operation mode of manufacturing enterprises, analyzes the new ideas of the optimization algorithm design of collaborative scheduling of manufacturing resources, and analyzes relevant application platforms based on practical work.
