个人简介
万国光，西南财经大学工商管理学院企业管理系教授、博士生导师，曾任南京大学商学院工商管理系助理教授，副研究员，香港科技大学高等研究院博后和管理系教师。香港科技大学管理系博士，东南大学本科，南京大学硕士。他在国际高水平杂志如Journal of International Business Studies (UTD-24), Journal of Management (FT-50)和Management and Organization Review (ABS3)发表多篇论文。目前担任Journal of International Business Studies (UTD-24)编委会成员，南大商学评论 (CSSCI来源期刊)执行编辑。他的研究兴趣是公司社会责任，人力资本(通用和专用人力资本，战略领导)和国际商务。
