个人简介
2022年6月毕业于上海财经大学商学院企业管理专业,获管理学博士学位,读博期间曾赴美国东北大学进行访问交流。主要研究领域为领导力、微观创业和工作-生活界面管理。目前担任Asia Pacific Journal of Management、British Journal of Management、International Journal of Hospitality Management、《外国经济与管理》等期刊的匿名审稿人。
